Hi Mark;

This is such an important topic.

I would extend this thinking to say that when my students are "Googled", I want all the great things they do rising to the top. It isn't enough to just not have incriminating things about you online, you need to demonstrate digital leadership and all of the contributions you make to the world.

We can't help students thrive online if we are not there as leaders, modelling this every step of the way.

And what, as leaders, do we expect to see from our future educators? When we hire, do we look for digital excellence?

We need to lead in digital spaces if our students will be the ones who will succeed there.

Thanks for making your thoughts open, and for modelling the sharing we need for innovation to spread.
